Describe your perfect day of summer sun.

"My mission this summer is to explore my neighborhood, so I've been investing my time in selecting Brooklyn locations for lounge, food, and revelry. I love Saturday afternoons on a shaded blanket in Prospect Park. There are so many little sun-kissed nooks to nestle in to read, bask or feast on a picnic. Lately I'm loving getting a basket together with the essentials: assorted cheeses, cured meats, fresh fruit, French baguette, and of course, bottles of rose for a picnic. After, I find myself craving the serenity of a smooth cocktail with friends al fresco at local bar Sweet Polly."

Do you prefer a beach, poolside scene, or private getaway upstate?

"I'm very much a 'getaway' kind of person. Since visiting Hudson, New York recently, I've been craving to be back in that historical town. It's really growing into its own with the renovations of rundown buildings into chic restaurants, bars and hotels." Where do you find outlets for social—and secluded—sun in the city?

"I'm always down for a rooftop gathering. The Williamsburg Hotel and Wythe Hotel in Williamsburg, Brooklyn sport some great views of the city. When it's time to unwind at home, I go out to my balcony. It has a great view of downtown Brooklyn and it's devoid of people because...it's mine!"

What is your ultimate summer bucket list destination?

"Saint-Tropez or Provence in the south of France. I've seen so many photos of it on Instagram and it fuels my insatiable wanderlust for my favorite country!"
